This contract is valid for 18 months for Driver Education students and 12 months for Driver Training students from the date of sign up. It is your responsibility to complete your sessions within the contract limit. NO REFUNDS for expired contracts. This contract cannot be transferred to any other person.
Expired Contracts: If the student fails to complete the lessons within the contract time limit a $40 fee will be charged for a 1-time 30 day contract extension.
Cancellation Policy: We ask that you make every effort to keep your appointments as scheduled. If for any unforeseen reason you need to cancel, a 24-hour advance notice is required for Tuesday through Saturday appointments and a 48-hour notice is required for Sundays, Mondays and any days that fall after a holiday. A $50 fee will be charged if an appointment is canceled late or if student does not have a permit.
Return Check Fee: There will be a $30 charge for any returned check. The returned check will not be re-deposited. Only cash, money order or cashier check will be accepted to replace the returned check.
Early Termination Policy: If for any reason the student decides to discontinue his/her enrollment with our school, a $40 fee will be charged plus fees for the lessons taken at the regular price (without the package deal discount) plus a $30 administrative fee for each certificate issued.
Certificate Replacement Policy: Each student will be issued a Certificate of Completion at the conclusion of their 3rd driver training lesson. The school is NOT responsible for lost or damaged certificates. A $30 administrative fee will be charged to replace a certificate.
Promotional Package Deals: Package deals should be executed as agreed upon. If for any reason the student decides to discontinue his/her Promotional Package Deal, he/she will be responsible for the remaining balance at the regular price.
SAFEWAY DRIVING SCHOOL does not influence or guarantee the passing of any type of DMV test. No student is allowed to drive the Safeway Driving School car after a DMV drive test
